The Right Reverend Chris Warner is Bishop of the Diocese of the Mid-Atlantic, a diocese in the Anglican Church in North America (ACNA). He makes an annual visit to our church to encourage us and to confirm anyone wishing to receive that sacrament. 

Bishop Chris Warner was elected to be the second Bishop of the Diocese of the Mid-Atlantic of the Anglican Church in North America on October 15, 2022. He was invested by Archbishop Foley Beach on February 18, 2023.

The Rev. Chris Warner was the rector of the Church of the Holy Cross, Sullivan’s Island and Daniel Island from 2015-2022 and served as Associate Rector from 2002 to 2007 and from 2011 to 2015. He successfully led Holy Cross in a transition from a “seeker” model church to a relational and discipleship model church. Between his two terms of service at Holy Cross, he also served as rector and director of St. Christopher Camp and Conference Center. With a staff of 60, he transformed the camp to become a ministry of rest, restoration, and renewal. He and his wife, Catherine, have been married since 1993. They have three children.

The Reverend Becki Neumann was appointed to serve as Christ the Savior Anglican Church's Priest-in-Charge in November of 2022.. Prior to that, she served as rector of Christ Church in South Riding, Virginia.

Becki is known for her love of Jesus, strong preaching, and work in healing and deliverance ministry. She is known internationally as a teacher in the areas of inner healing and deliverance. She is thrilled to serve Christ the Savior Anglican Church where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them and who want to connect others to the body of Christ. Becki takes worship, preaching, and pastoral care seriously, and expresses joy in living for Christ.

She graduated from Trinity Anglican Seminary in 2001 with an M.Div.

Becki has been happily married for over 50 years to her husband, Bruce.

The Reverend Tim Welden began his journey with Christ the Savior Anglican Church as a founding lay member. He was ordained a priest in 2023, and began serving as a curate. In 2024 he was named priest associate, and he continues to serve in this capacity. 

Tim is known for his love of Christ servant's heart. His long history in the recovery community serves as a bridge to those who are hurting and distant from the love of an Almighty Father. Tim's gifting in evangelism helps him connect the gospel message to everyday people in everyday situations. He is a gifted preacher who always points to Jesus. 

Tim completed his studies for ordained ministry through an approved study course from Trinity College, Bristol. 

Tim has been happily married for over 30 years to his wife, Karen.
